Welcome to JCees Forms! We provide an online tool that allows users to easily create, manage, and embed forms. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

You can use JCees Forms for free by creating an account. Paid subscriptions are available for access to additional features.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Misuse of the service (e.g., spamming, illegal content, data scraping) is strictly prohibited.

To create an account, we require only your name, email address, and a password.

You may delete your account at any time via your account settings. Account deletion is immediate and irreversible, regardless of any active subscription.

Subscriptions are billed monthly via our payment partner, Mollie.com.

Payment details are securely processed and stored by Mollie; JCees Forms does not store or access your payment data directly.

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Changes take effect on the next billing cycle after the first successful payment under the new plan.

No refunds are provided for partial months or unused time.

We aim to keep the service online and functional at all times, but availability is not guaranteed.

We may modify or discontinue features at any time with or without notice.

JCees Forms is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages, data loss, or interruptions resulting from use of the service.

All payments are final. We do not offer refunds for partial months, unused features, or account cancellations. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but no pro-rated refunds will be issued.
