The optional stylesheet includes visible focus states, practical 44px interactive targets, disabled states, error styling for aria-invalid, reduced-motion support, increased-contrast rules, and forced-colors support.
Keep the behavior when restyling
If you replace the base CSS, preserve visible keyboard focus, error states, touch target sizes, and readable disabled states. Do not use color as the only indication of an invalid field.
